THE LAVENDER HILL MOB POP ART

OUT NOW

Pop-art specialist Art & Hue’s celebration of 75 years of Ealing comedies (see Extras, issue 348) continues with a collection inspired by the studio’s 1951 crime caper. Choose from individual portraits of the Mob itself (Alec Guinness, Stanley Holloway, Sid James, Alfie Bass), co-star Sydney Tafler and a pre-superstardom Audrey Hepburn. There’s also a group shot of the gold-swiping gang and a new take on the original ‘clinch’ poster. An official collab with Studiocanal, the prints are available in three sizes and 20 colour options. Leg it to artandhue.com.

COLLECTIBLES

STANLEY KUBRICK TUBBZ

OUT TBC APRIL

Feels like we need a blast of Thus Spoke Zarathustra to accompany this epochal moment in collectibles history, as four icons from Stanley Kubrick movies become cosplaying ducks. It’s surely the tribute the exacting auteur always wanted. There’s Full Metal Jacket’s J.T. ‘Joker’ Davis (with ‘Born to Quack’ helmet), 2001’s David Bowman, A Clockwork Orange’s Alex DeLarge, and that ultimate bathroom-botherer, The Shining’s Jack Torrance. Can we have Barry Lyn-duck next? ‘Bill’ from Eyes Wide Shut? Get your axe in gear at tubbz.com.

STAR WARS MAY THE 4TH RANGE

OUT 4 MAY

For some reason, 4 May still isn’t a globally recognised public holiday. But you can celebrate the big day by splashing some galactic credits on items including a limited-release commemorative pin and a tumbler featuring R2, 3PO and Boba Fett. And to mark the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Menace, products include a pin, a Padme headband and a collectible bust of Darth Maul (being cut in half has never slowed him down). Chop-chop to disneystore.co.uk!

TOY/COLLECTIBLE

LEGO GOTHAM CITY SKYLINE

OUT NOW Inspired by the opening titles of Batman: The Animated Series (1992-95), this 4,210-piece Gotham City-scape offers even more than meets the eye. There are 15 panels that, when removed, reveal episode-specific details of the interiors of Wayne Manor, the Batcave and Arkham Asylum. Four minifigures (Bats, Joker, Harley Quinn, Catwoman) are included, plus a removable Batmobile and Batwing. Even better than all that, there are two sets of instructions included, so you and a sidekick can build at the same time.
